Zions Builders Inc, was established in 1994 by David Morley. Dave has a long history of construction that runs in his family ever since he was about 10 years old. He started as a laborer for his dad who was a bricklayer, over the years Dave has acquired all sorts of skills and experience that is unmatched and now that he is president/owner of Zions Builders he utilizes all of his knowledge and experience to train his project managers to the upmost quality and service that is unsurpassed anywhere else. Our staff now consists of 10 employees and over 75 combined years of experience in the construction industry with top notch superintendents and exceptional employees.
Since 1994 we have built over 500 homes and have done hundreds of major home remodels, and additions. We also have done extensive work on commercial tenant improvements such as Cold Stone, Jamba Juice, Acaydia Spa, and Mi Rancherito restaurant.
