• Completed Contract: In this method the owner and builder agree on a set price and this enables the builder to take on the risk of going over on budget items but it also allows the builder to benefit from any savings.
• Cost Plus: In this method the owner agrees on a set mark-up percentage that will be added to the total cost of all the materials and labor needed to construct the new home.
• Sweat Equity options are also available on all new home construction.

This includes services that are desired by the client based on a percentage of the total cost of the project such as ; Supervision on or off site, dealing with sub-contractors, getting all the permits and engineering, keeping in compliance with regulations, helping to understand financing and doing cost break downs. This service is usually used with owner-builder status.

We also offer expert construction consulting which is mainly used in lawsuits against other builders for poor quality construction.
